The court said the sports shoes it sold infringed several patents of Nike.

The reporter learned from foreign media's recent reports that according to the lawsuit filed by Nike in Nevada last month, Bestwinn, Fujian, China, said that its "production, use, sale or export of sports shoes to the United States, in the same way as Nike's patented sports shoes, violated Nike's (at least 20) design patents," including the design of CEO Mark Parker and Mark Miner (2014 hopping to Adidas's Nike employees).

Nike, headquartered in Portland, Oregon, said that although they had repeatedly warned Bestwinn companies about infringement, Bestwinn continued to manufacture and sell infringing shoes, including

The popular Flyknit series.

According to Nike litigation documents, in addition to the mail sent from 2013 to stop the production of infringing sports shoes, they sent representatives to the WSA@Magic exhibition in Las Vegas.

Interview with Bestwinn personnel to inform the company of its infringement.

But in the past three years, there has been no effect.

On the website of Bestwinn, the product with annual revenue of 50 million -1 billion and 91%-100% is used for export. One of its customers is WAL-MART, a large American retailer.

In short: it is not an irrelevant fish in the market of counterfeit shoes.

Now Nike has launched a patent war against Chinese footwear manufacturers. It shows that it has given enough warning and has taken legal measures to safeguard its rights.

In addition to requiring monetary compensation (Nike said Bestwinn intends to infringing the number of compensation increased by three times) and legal trial, Nike also requested the court to immediately and permanently prohibit Bestwinn from continuing to produce and sell infringing sports shoes.

According to last month's lawsuit, the court initially sentenced Nike to win, agreed with its request to issue a pre injunction and confiscated Bestwinn's infringing sports shoes.

Nike's legal adviser in Las Vegas is responsible for supervising Bestwinn's infringing shoes on the FN platform trade show (last month in Las Vegas, a trade exhibition related to WSA@Magic).
