The Corps issued the first batch to cotton growers in 2015.

The standard of payment for the first batch of subsidy funds is the subsidy fund.

Unginned cotton

0.5 yuan / kilogram.

At present, the subsidized funds are still in the process of issuing, and the cotton farmers of the Corps will also receive in the near future.

It is understood that the subsidized funds are issued in conjunction with the cotton seed sale fund of the Corps.

Up to now, the Corps has issued cotton seed sale funds to cotton growers 3 times. This part of the funds are mainly used for cotton farmers to pay for their expenses, and the second, third time is to distribute cotton and cotton subsidies to cotton farmers.

Both Xinjiang corps and local cotton growers are sold on the side, because cotton production is large and can not be sold at one time.

Moreover, the way of selling cotton is different from the local ones. Instead of cash payment, it is divided into batches, which is mainly used to cover expenses and other related expenses.

According to the introduction of cotton farmers at a Regimental Farm in the second division of the Corps, by the end of September this year, the Division has issued 2 yuan / kg seed cotton sale fund to cotton growers for the first time to pay for flower picking.

In the next 10-11 to two months, two cotton farmers were issued 2.5 yuan / kg (of which 2 yuan / kg is still seed cotton sale fund, 0.5 yuan / kg for cotton subsidy funds, and even the first time less than 0.5 yuan / kg subsidy funds are also complementary) seed cotton sale and subsidy funds.

It is estimated that the remaining seed cotton sale fund and Cotton Subsidy Fund will be allocated to cotton farmers before and after the Spring Festival.

In 2015, the central government subsidized the first time from January to September 30th of the same year, so that the cotton farmers could get the subsidy funds ahead of schedule in order to reimburse the cost of some cotton production and reduce the pressure on cotton farmers to repay the loan.

In 2014, cotton farmers did not receive the first cotton subsidy until January second.

According to Hao Peixiang, Deputy Secretary General of the Corps, in 2014, the state approved the Cotton Subsidy Fund of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps in accordance with 9 million 740 thousand mu and 1 million 540 thousand tons, 9 billion 650 million yuan, and the average cash price was 5620 yuan / ton, equivalent to 2.25 yuan per kilogram of seed cotton.

In 2014, the target price of cotton was 19800 yuan / ton, and the target price was 19100 yuan / ton this year, which was reduced by 700 yuan / ton. However, judging from the current market situation, the average payment standard of the Corps this year is not necessarily lower than that of last year's 2.25 yuan / kg. The main reason is that the market price of cotton is lower than that of last year.

At present, some cotton farmers in the corps have not yet received subsidies. Later, they will continue to report on cotton farmers' subsidies and cotton planting benefits.
